Delete my data

Last updated: 2026-04-20

Short version: Chronosync Plus never uploads your data to a server. Everything lives encrypted on your phone. You delete it by wiping it from the device — there's no separate account to close.

Option 1 — In-app reset (recommended)

  1. Open Chronosync Plus on your phone.
  2. Tap the Settings icon.
  3. Scroll to Reset all data.
  4. Confirm. Every on-device record is removed immediately, including your encrypted store, auth verifier, session history, vitamin-D logs, and app-block list.

Option 2 — Uninstall

  1. Long-press the Chronosync Plus icon on your launcher.
  2. Tap App info → Uninstall, or drag to Uninstall.
  3. Android removes the entire Chronosync Plus app directory, including the encrypted store and all cached data.

Because Android auto-backup is disabled for Chronosync Plus, no silent copy of your data is retained in Google Drive after uninstall.

Option 3 — Email us

There is nothing on a server to delete — we don't have a server. But if you'd like written confirmation, or if you have questions about how a particular piece of data was handled, email support@chronosyncplus.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

What happens to your data when you delete it?

What about data we sent to third parties?

The only outbound traffic from the app is anonymous API lookups (weather, reverse-geocode, timezone). Those calls carry latitude and longitude but no account identifiers, so there is no Chronosync Plus-specific record for those providers to delete. Their own privacy policies govern the logs they keep:
